Hair Elastics

Hi Guys,

Just wondering where the best place to put bows on hair elastics (non metal ones) is, do you glue on the seam or opposite the seam?

Also where do you buy your elastics, I have received a few samples and some seem strong and don't snap when pulled then when you get a friend to try them out they end up snapping or stretching to much, any suggestions?
