I can't believe it, someone stolen my pictures again. This time its on eBay. I have reported it so I'll have to wait and see if eBay removes the listing.

I think I will need to start to watermark everything, since people are so dishonest in this world.

Am I allow to post the item number here?

I am so sorry to hear about that. Do you know that Ebay changed their policy in the US and I think here. You have to opt out of anyone using pics you list on their site. That means anyone can use you photo even if your kids are in it unless you opt out.

I will go and check to see if it is here too.

Here is the details on Ebay US http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/sharing-content.html

Not exactly sure if we do anything here but if you say you post international it may be covered.

Of couse this does not prevent anyone from just copy and pasting.

I have started watermarking my photos now. Sad but we need to do it.

I emailed the seller and ask them to remove the picture of mine that they had, and they did. Turns out she copied my picture from google and didn't realize it was someone elses picture. So its worked well in the end. I have started to watermark new product pictures tonight.
