Try Bill and Paula Brewer - bill080133@yahoo.com. They send me 1000 clips for US$60 (including postage).

They do any amount I just thought to cram as much in one bag as possible.

They have an E-bay site Rockin Ribbons and a yahoo group. Just let them know Janine from Australia gave your their e-mail.

Please do. The owners are lovely. They are setting up a website so hopefully they will have it ready soon.

They have their own ribbon design printed and give the ladies on their yahoo group a really good deal. If you are interested and want an invite let me know. It is an invitation only group.

Good luck

Thank you so much for that!

I have been flat out the last week so never got back here .. sorry!

Hip girls always seems to sell out of these little ones fast, but they are the most popular size of my clippies! I did some of etsy once but they were pricey!

I can't believe that I never measured my alligator clips. These ones are 4.5cm. I think you are after 3.5cm?

You can contact Bill and Paula. They may have them. I have never used anything smaller.

Sorry about that.

Hey Janine,

that is so cheap, I have only found one place cheaper for clips but I need to buy 10,000 of them. Maybe oneday we could do a buy with this company and split the clips, they also have the boobby pin pads and heaps more. Do you know if they have the double prong clips also?

Hey Trace,

Rockin Ribbons will be launching their website soon. www.rockinribbons.com.

They stock single and double prong clips and the ones with teeth. They also have barrettes but I buy mine from a wholesaler here who I get my headbands from.

When you decide to do a buy let us all know. I am sure we could pick some up.

Have you tried http://www.craftontheinternet.com.au for your bobby pins with pads. They have 30 for $4.95 not bad if you are looking to try them out. And if you spend over $50 postage is free.

I have bought heaps of hairparts from there, I think they were probably the first Aussie site I bought from. I bought some Alligator clips from them but not sure how I'll use them as they are curved rather then flat...any ideas girls?

Janine where do you get your headbands from? Buying from OS is killing me!!

http://www.craftworkz.com.au/index.php?sing_page=headbands is where I get my headbands from. You need to spend $50 and have an ABN.

I am going to place an order in the next week or so I can add to it. Add something toward postage to me (depending of how much you want) and then exact postage to you of course.

12 x 17mm is $5.5o
12 x 20mm is $6.25
12 x 25mm is $6.75

You cannot see prices until you have been given a login and password.

They also have barrette clips, large crystals and much more.

I have been trying to find a manufacturer to buy these in bulk but have had no luck yet. Anyone know of one?

Don't know how price goes but at least it is another source.

Good Luck

ARGH the net swallowed my post!

I am looking for crochet/fabric headbands, I seen that you had some Trace but I was too late. I have a heap of the plastic hard ones but haven't had time to weave or cover them.

I know I can get the AGs from Devon or Paula but was hoping for something 'local', might have to look into all that. My hubby has an ABN but has never used it so not sure if it's still good or not.

Must go, hubby was called to a work emergency on Sat (had a 15hr drive to get there Shocked ) should be home tonight so might get to spend some of his Birthday with us lol.

Chat soon girls Smile

I bought mine from here http://shop.ebay.com.au/futureindustries/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=
on Ebay. They had a website and their prices were comparable (at the time) to the group buys.

At least it is a direct source and not shipped to someone and then onto you.

Good luck
