| I purchased through the lookatmebaby website the Gatorbite on 6 July and paid for it and the postage, but I haven't received it. I have emailed them twice with no response. Should I put through a paypal dispute?? Is it too late??? I have never done a paypal dispute and would rather get in contact with them to sort it out. Any advice?? Thanks Brooke | |

| Hi Brooke, I just did an order with them as well. I paid 2 weeks ago and have not heard if it shipped or not. I emailed last week with no response. I would email again and tell them the action that you are thinking of taking. Make sure that you file the dispute within the 45 day limit for paypal. If you don't get a response from them via email, they usually respond when you file a dispute.

| Thanks Gena - I will try and email again for the third time. It's well an truly past the 45 days, so I may just have to keep chasing or write it off. | |

| I just filed a dispute as I've emailed them 5 times since seeing your post. I am also going to try giving them a call this week to see if I can reach someone and find out what is going on.
