Made a new blanket & need pricing help - please :)

So last night & today I've been busy making the first baby blanket to actually sell. I've made them before as gifts but have decided to add them to my store.
I need help on deciding how much I can sell it for. I've calculated the cost of what I spent to make one blanket, This one cost me about $30 to make. I bought the fabric from lincraft but I'm hoping I can find the fabric somewhere online cheaper.
A friend of mine gave me $60 for it. Do you think its worth $60? would people buy it for that price? is it too much? The blanket is easy to make but the ruffle is a pita.

So pretty! I think that the price your friend paid is resonable. Obviously people with balk at it as the more commercially made things are cheaper. However, there are those of us out there happy to pay that price for something that is loveingly hand made. Great job!

I've kept it that price for now as thats what she's paid and she's a liker on my page. Dont want her to think i ripped her off. If I dont sell them much from my page then I'll just add it to my madeit store, I know people who look there really appreciate handmade things more than normal facebookers.& I think its worth it because that ruffle was really a pain to work with.
I will have cheaper ones available without the ruffle .

That is a beautiful blanket! Like Gena said, people that appreciate the love and attention to detail in creating something handmade will be more than happy to pay.
