I have been sorting buttons into colours today, but wondering about the best way of storing them when done

How do you sort and store your buttons?

I store mine in one of those divided organiser boxes from the $2 shop (my husband claims it's a cheap tackle box). It works well for me and it keeps them all in one place. Mine is about the size of a sheet of printer paper and has 18 sections. The craft stores have the ones with movable dividers, so if you have tons of buttons, that might work batter for you.

I use the big divided boxes from the cheap stores as well also put resins and other stuff in them, easy to store as they are clear you can see what is in each one easily. For big lots I store them in the Chinese take away containers.
