Bobby pins with pads and self cover buttons

Hi! Just wondering if anyone has a good wholesaler (Oz or overseas) to purchase silver, black and coloured bobby pins with pads and self cover buttons.

Here's a pic of mine that are covered and a plain one-


I also do not use one of those self cover button tools to do mine. I just wrap the fabric around them and dab a bit of hot glue or e6000 on the inside and pop the back on. There is the attachment on the back and a thick pony o will go through tightly (I pull mine through with the help of a wire and stay put.
