Help with Korker Ribbons Empty

Help !! i live in Western Australia, i have been buying all my ribbon on line, my korkers are turning out floppy. what am i doing wrong? I'm using 1/4 " dowel , winding ribbon tightly, baking for 20 mins Sad

Hi Heather,

Try spraying your ribbon before it goes in the oven. I use a mix of 1 part 'Stiffy" or fabric stiffner and 3 parts water in a spray bottle. I put the ribbon on the dowl and then spray before I put it in the oven for 20 min at 125 degrees.
